WeAct with a win-win partnership mindsetEmbrace prospect thinking and innovationValue simplicity and practical solutionsWork hard while making time to have funLead with a balance of heart, head, and handsThese principles have helped us remain one of Canada's Best Managed Companies year after year.About the RoleReporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will provide design and production expertise, visual communication, and implementation services to a wide range of internal stakeholders, including corporate office and retail stores as well as external agencies and vendors.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Marketing and Communication team and other internal clients, and agencies to ensure creative assets meet requirements and brand standards.Provide creative leadership on custom ads and design requests, translating business objectives into effective, on‐brand visual solutions.Think creatively to develop innovative ideas and concepts to produce a wide variety of marketing collaterals for brand campaigns, nationwide initiatives, and local store projects in print and digital formats.Design digital graphics for the company website, social media channels, and other digital applications.Present and communicate design work effectively to internal clients and stakeholders,
