Duties
Maintain a safe and secure workplace for patrons and staff
Monitor the premises to prevent and detect any signs of disturbance or unruly behavior
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and refuse entry to individuals who are underage or intoxicated
Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally, using verbal de-escalation techniques when necessary
Escort unruly patrons off the premises, if needed, in a respectful manner
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address any criminal activity or disturbances
Conduct regular surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems to ensure the safety of all individuals present
Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents that may occur during shifts
Enforce establishment policies and procedures to maintain order and compliance with local regulations

Requirements
Proven experience as a bouncer or in a similar security role
Knowledge of surveillance techniques and familiarity with CCTV systems
Strong physical presence and ability to handle confrontational situations calmly and assertively
Excellent communication skills,



both verbal and written
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other security personnel
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and ability to identify potential risks or threats
Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and crowd control
