Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure setting at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring premises, preventing loss, and ensuring the safety of personnel and property. This role requires a skilled with a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents.

Prior experience in law enforcement or surveillance is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Duties
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks
Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and ensure security protocols are followed
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as needed
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches
Enforce loss prevention measures by observing and reporting suspicious behavior
Control access points by verifying credentials of visitors and employees
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure safety standards are upheld





Requirements
Prior experience in law enforcement, security, surveillance, or loss prevention is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates
Knowledge of CCTV operation and surveillance techniques is advantageous
Robust observational skills with the ability to recognize potential threats or safety hazards
Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly when required
Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation to shifts if applicable

This position offers an opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security within our organization. We value dedicated individuals committed to protecting our community. Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
