You will handle appointment scheduling, cleaning and maintaining the salon, and social media with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
Manage appointment bookings and cancellations efficiently using salon management software or POS systems
Answer phone calls promptly with excellent phone etiquette, providing information and scheduling appointments
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Promote salon services, products
Coordinate with stylists and staff to ensure timely service delivery and smooth daily operations




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, merchandising retail products
Communicate clearly with clients regarding services
Tidying, cleaning and maintaining salon areas
Strong communication skills in English
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced workplace
Professional phone etiquette and solid interpersonal skills to connect with clients confidently
Experience or interest in technology sales or retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory
