Nors is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join the Thunder Bay team. You will assist Technicians with parts ordering, entry and procurement, track orders, and handle warranty and returns inquiries with solid customer service at the Parts counter.
Daily duties include accurate inventory management, processing of orders and returns, proactive vendor communication, and keeping customers informed with urgency and professionalism.
