Corbec seeks an HR Advisor for our Drummondville plant to manage HR matters including recruitment, health and safety, employee relations, training, and wellbeing. This role blends hands-on tasks with strategic thinking to build a solid, people-centered culture that meets high standards.

You will participate in safety committees, handle employee relations, manage staffing, draft communications, and ensure policy compliance. Fluency in French is required; Spanish is a plus.
