You will promote resource accessibility and act as a liaison among various community groups. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience and a degree in a relevant field. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop outreach plans tailored to specific communities
- Strengthen family-school partnerships for effective support
- Engage with community organizations to build connections
- Report on outreach efforts and student engagement
