Reporting to the Production Superintendent, the incumbent will primarily be responsible to oversee all activities including health & safety, environment, quality and production while maintaining good relations. This position will ensure that all employees comply with company policies, procedures, ethical standards and applicable regulations and legislation.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that safe work practices are being followedOversee employee compliance with company policies and standards for safety, setting, quality, ethics, cost control, housekeeping, waste reduction and on-time deliveryPlan the team's workload and flowEffectively convey company messages to the TeamManage workforce as per the Collective Agreement including Time Sheets, vacation, floaters, overtime, attendance, etc.Ensure employees have clear goals and are aware of expectationsCoordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities,
