Dexterra Group is seeking a dedicated 2nd Cook to support the 1st Cook in producing high‑quality menu items for remote camp operations in Nunavut. The role requires working 11–12 hour shifts with fly‑in/out logistics, adherence to safety standards, and leadership in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace.
The candidate should have at least 3 years of kitchen experience, a hospitality/culinary background, and optional MAPAQ certification. Excellent teamwork and time management are essential.
