We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during their shift, providing exceptional customer service, and leading the team to achieve high standards of performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to maintaining food safety and quality.

Duties
Supervise daily operations of the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Assist in training new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment.
Operate the POS system for transactions and assist with cash handling duties.
Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and enhance guest experiences.
Conduct interviews for potential new hires and participate in staff evaluations.

Skills
Food Handler Certificate: Must obtain a valid certificate under your real name within a week of being hired.




Strong background in kitchen operations and food safety practices.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall service experience.
Proven supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of hospitality standards within the food industry is essential.
Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork and collaboration.
