Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and technical sales to help them make informed decisions
Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of various items, encouraging upselling opportunities
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight current promotions and recent arrivals
Manage inventory levels through merchandising and stock replenishment to ensure product availability
Handle phone inquiries professionally,



providing information about products and store services while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette

Qualifications
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued for engaging with diverse customer groups
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise as needed
Familiarity with merchandising, cashiering, and upselling techniques enhances success in this role
