Direct Agile projects from planning through release
Create and manage effective delivery roadmaps
Foster a team-oriented team setting and resolve conflicts
Facilitate project communication and reporting
Lead initiatives to improve Agile processes and outcomes Requirements:
3+ years as a Scrum Master in a multi-team setting
5+ years in project management or software development
Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence
