Job Summary

North Peak Academy is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Science Tutor to support high school students in achieving academic success in Science.

At North Peak Academy, the Science Tutor plays a key role in delivering high-quality, student-centered learning experiences that drive measurable academic improvement.

Duties
Support skill development in high school science courses
Deliver one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs
Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation
Track and maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve performance and confidence

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required, should be relevant to Science or Engineering
Solid academic background in, science, or engineering (GPA verified)
Proven teaching ability with prior tutoring experience
Classroom teaching experience is an asset
Teaching awards or recognitions are considered an asset




Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector dated within the last six months

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
