Duties:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise
Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets
Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, discounts, and product features
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
Bilingual skills in English and [additional language] is a plus
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory




Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of technology products or experience in technology sales is an asset
