Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with precision, ensuring freshness and quality at all times
Cook pizzas to perfection using commercial ovens, monitoring temperature and cooking times for optimal results
Follow established recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency across all menu items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and cooking equipment
Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards
Assist with food service duties such as taking orders, serving customers, and managing the flow of orders in the kitchen




Support the team during busy hours by efficiently preparing ingredients and managing multiple orders simultaneously

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, knives, and other culinary tools safely and effectively
Excellent attention to detail when measuring ingredients and following recipes
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth kitchen operations
Experience in meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including serving standards and customer service expectations
