BBQ PIT COOK – EXPERIENCED

Come cook BBQ with us.

Boneheads BBQ is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced cook to join our Pit Crew.

First things first: experience is a must. We need someone who can step into a busy kitchen, hold their own during a rush, and put out consistently excellent food.

A current Food Safety/Food Handler Certification is required.

BBQ, smokehouse, smoker or meat experience is a huge asset. If you already know your way around brisket, ribs, pulled pork and low-and-slow cooking, even better. If you’re a solid cook who wants to learn more about BBQ, we want to hear from you too.

Has solid, hands-on kitchen experience
Can confidently work a busy, high-volume line
Understands prep, timing and kitchen flow
Keeps their station clean, stocked and organized
Takes pride in the food they put out
Shows up, works hard and takes feedback
Jumps in when a teammate needs help




Brings a valuable attitude to the kitchen
Has a valid Food Safety/Food Handler Certification
