What You’re Responsible For
Owning the guest experience from the second they walk in
Taking orders confidently and making solid menu recommendations
Upselling sides, add-ons, and extras (because our food deserves it)
Running food hot, fresh, and correctly - every time
Expoing orders with accuracy and urgency
Keeping the front clean, stocked, and dialed in at all times
Communicating clearly with the kitchen and your team
Handling pressure like a pro during rushes
Representing the Boneheads brand with energy, pride, and professionalism
