As the Aquatics Supervisor, you will report to the Assistant Manager and lead staff in providing a protected and welcoming atmosphere at our aquatic centers.

Your role includes monitoring compliance with safety standards, handling first aid responses, and managing daily operational tasks. Your skills will play a crucial role in shaping a positive experience for every guest throughout the season. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise operations to meet safety requirements
Maintain cleanliness and exceptional service standards
Work within all roles as needed, including Pool Attendant
Ensure incident reporting is handled swiftly and accurately
Aid in staff training and performance assessments Requirements:
Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguarding
Minimum two years of relevant aquatic supervision experience
Knowledge of cash handling practices is advantageous
Preference for LSS examiner experience
