Research & Development Engineer or Chemical Engineer

Who We Need:
Curious, hands-on engineer eager to explore recent technologies and processes
Team-oriented spirit to partner with cross-functional teams
Analytical mind to tackle complex challenges and drive R&D;
Self-directed problem-solver comfortable working from concept through prototype

Must-Haves:
Engineering degree with a specialty in Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, or Chemical Engineering
Familiarity with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is a plus
Experience in refrigeration, food processing, or related industries

Your Impact:
Design, plan, and execute R&D; experiments, including data collection and analysis
Develop and test new refrigeration concepts, from bench-scale trials through pilot production
Craft and execute project plans,



PFD's, P&ID;'s, and support equipment procurement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance to bring new technologies to market
Navigate industry standards and government regulations with ease
Document findings and present results to guide future development
