Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and leading engaging Pilates classes that cater to a diverse range of clients, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The Pilates

Instructor will foster a positive, motivating environment that encourages clients to achieve their fitness goals while maintaining proper technique and safety standards.

Duties
Lead group and private Pilates classes, demonstrating exercises with clarity and precision
Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and fitness levels
Monitor clients during sessions to ensure proper form and prevent injury
Provide modifications and progressions for exercises as needed
Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including breathing techniques and core engagement




Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
Track client progress and provide feedback to support their fitness journey
Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance teaching skills
Promote a positive atmosphere that motivates clients and encourages regular attendance

Experience
Proven experience teaching Pilates classes in a skilled setting
Robust understanding of Pilates techniques, anatomy, and safety protocols
Excellent teaching skills with the ability to communicate instructions clearly
Prior experience working with diverse populations is preferred
Certification from a recognized Pilates training program is highly desirable
Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals

Pay: $30.00-$55.00 per hour
