Team Lead Position

We're looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join the opening team at Edmonton's first Rosie’s Burgers location!

Team Member Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
Take customer orders accurately using our POS system
Prepare burgers, fries, shakes, and other menu items according to company standards
Maintain food quality and presentation
Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude
Support fellow team members to ensure smooth operations

Team Lead Responsibilities (Leadership Position) In addition to Team Member responsibilities, Team Leads are expected to:
Lead and support the team throughout each shift
Open and close the restaurant independently
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained
Coach, train, and motivate team members




Assist with inventory management and product ordering
Monitor stock levels and complete inventory counts
Assist with scheduling and shift coverage when required
Support interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members when needed
Resolve customer concerns professionally
Ensure daily checklists and operational procedures are completed
Help drive sales through excellent customer service and upselling

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset for Team Lead applicants
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in a quick-paced setting
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Basic math and cash handling skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Job Types: Full-time Pay: Starting at $21.00/hour + shared tips
