Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in various settings, The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the well-being, safety, and comfort of clients, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring hospice or dementia care. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through personalized caregiving and support.

Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision
Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a secure and hygienic environment
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive living experience
Assist with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure safety during transfers or repositioning
Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors or healthcare professionals




Support clients with activities of daily living tailored to individual needs, including dementia or hospice care
Experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or home care environments preferred
Strong caregiving skills with knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and senior or disability support
Ability to assist with mobility needs
Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures to maintain a hygienic setting
Familiarity with dementia care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and care plans
