Summary

We are seeking a working Foreman to join our team at Absolute Roof Solutions Inc. In this role, you will oversee roofing projects, ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards while fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Supervise and perform torch-on or shingles roofing techniques, roofing crews and manage daily operations on job sites.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Coordinate project schedules and communicate with clients regarding progress.
Train and mentor team members in roofing techniques and best practices.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards are met.




Resolve any issues that arise during the course of a project promptly.

Requirements
Proven experience in both flat and slopped roofing is a must.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
Experience using project management software is an asset, but definitely need to be computer literate.
