Aspexx Physiotherapy is looking for a Physiotherapy Assistant

Qualification
Completion of an undergraduate program in Kinesiology / PTA / Athletic Therapy or equivalent an asset.
Have experience in a clinical setting preferred
Robust team player
Outstanding communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow with our multidisciplinary clinic
Working knowledge of Universal EMR

Responsibilities includes
Conducts individual and group therapy sessions under the direction of the Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor.
Monitors and progresses patient’s therapy program as needed within the range directed by the Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor.
Supervises exercise programs as assigned by the Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor.




Positions patients and performs range of motion exercises directed and assigned by the Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor.
Assembles and installs assistive technology and devices and trains patients in their use under the direction of the Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor.
Provides assistance to the Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor. during treatment.
Transports patients to and from the therapy area.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
