We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Roofer/Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse roofing projects, contributing to the creation of durable, high-quality structures. As a key team member, you will assist with various tasks that ensure the successful completion of roofing installations and repairs while maintaining a protected and efficient work workplace.

Duties
Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools and construction equipment
Prepare work sites by cleaning, measuring, and setting up materials according to project specifications
Use hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, and saws to cut, shape, and install roofing materials
Perform heavy lifting of materials like shingles, plywood, and metal sheets safely and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution




Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of roofs
Support carpentry tasks related to roof framing and structural components as needed

Experience
Prior construction experience or background in carpentry is highly desirable
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic building techniques
Experience with blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings
Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing applications
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safety protocols at all times
Handyman experience or general maintenance skills are a plus
Willingness to learn new skills on the job and work effectively within a team setting
