Job Summary

YES Kids Christian Childcare is seeking a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) for a full time contract position. This position is between December 2026 through February 2027 with the potential of an extension. You will work closely with experienced educators and support children's developmental milestones while fostering positive relationships with children, families, and team members. This is an exciting chance to contribute to a faith-based community.

Responsibilities
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with How Does Learning Happen
Document daily activities and communicate with parents on the Lillio App
Build relationships with families, children, and community partners
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children through excellent supervision
Follow policies and procedures
Excellent supervision of children at all times




Complete applicable paperwork (accident/incident reports, attendance, daily written records etc.)

Qualifications & Requirements
Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators
Standard First Aid/CPR level C
Vulnerable Sector Check (no older than 6 months from hired date)
Experience working with toddler and preschool age in childcare setting (an asset)
Demonstrated organizational skills for managing classroom routines
Passion for teaching children within a faith-based workplace (an asset)
