Responsibilities
Deliver customized massage therapy treatments based on client needs and preferences, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and discuss goals effectively
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Educate clients on self-care techniques, stretching routines, and wellness practices to enhance their results
Follow all hygiene, safety,



and sanitation protocols in accordance with licensing standards and best practices
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
Stay informed about new massage techniques, industry trends, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills

Skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and massage therapy techniques
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters client trust and loyalty
Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures, address client concerns, and collaborate with team members
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced workplace
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through certifications or additional training in massage therapy or related fields

Pay: $38.96-$101.51 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
