We work collaboratively with clients, site teams, suppliers, and trades to solve problems early, maintain productive job sites, and deliver quality work.We are looking for leaders who take ownership, communicate clearly, and help create a respectful, organized, and high-performing site environment.About The RoleFramerz Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead framing crews on large-scale condominium and multi-family projects throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.This role is responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating crews and materials, maintaining production schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and supporting safe and efficient project delivery.The ideal candidate is an experienced wood-frame construction leader who can read drawings, plan ahead, solve field challenges, and keep crews productive without sacrificing safety or quality.Key ResponsibilitiesField Leadership & ProductionLead daily wood-framing operations on multi-unit residential, condominium, and mid-rise projectsSupervise framing crews across multiple floors, work areas, and construction phasesPlan daily crew assignments and establish clear priorities before work beginsMonitor productivity, workmanship, schedule progress, and site constraintsCoordinate materials, prefabricated components, deliveries, equipment, and staging requirementsIdentify and resolve issues involving materials, access, sequencing, drawings, and site conditionsReduce rework and delays through proactive planning and communicationDrawings,



Layout & Quality ControlRead and interpret architectural, structural, framing, and prefabrication drawingsVerify layouts, grids, openings, elevations, dimensions, and sequencing before work proceedsIdentify drawing conflicts and communicate RFIs or missing information earlyEnsure framing work meets project requirements and quality standardsPrepare work areas for inspections and support inspection readinessSafety LeadershipMaintain practical and consistent jobsite safety standardsEnsure crews understand and follow safety requirements, including:Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs)Fall protection requirementsHousekeeping standardsEquipment and tool safetyAccess and hazard controlsReview changing site conditions with crews and adjust safety practices as neededSupport pre-use inspections for equipment, including MEWPs, telehandlers, fall protection equipment, and other field equipmentCommunication & CoordinationCoordinate with project managers, site superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and other tradesProvide clear updates on production progress, site conditions, and challengesMaintain professional relationships with clients, site representatives, inspectors, and trade partnersRepresent Framerz Inc. with a solutions-focused and respectful approachCommunicate problems early with relevant details and practical recommendationsQualificationsRequired QualificationsPrevious foreman or supervisory experience in wood-frame constructionExperience managing crews on multi-family, condominium, or mid-rise wood-frame projectsStrong understanding of wood-framing methods, sequencing,
