This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, capable of navigating ambiguity, driving innovation, and aligning engineering solutions with business and customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Innovation: Identify and define recent product opportunities and enhancements based on market/technological trends, customer, and legislative needs.

Engage Customers: Interface with customers to generate excitement, gather feedback and refine concepts to meet their needs. Support IP and Technology Strategy: Contribute to patent filings and stay current with emerging technologies.
