Duties

- Assist licensed pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, checking stock levels, and placing orders for medications and supplies.
- Provide excellent patient care by answering questions, offering medication information, and guiding patients through their pharmacy experience.
- Maintain detailed records of prescriptions, medication administration, and patient interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing prescriptions,



and processing insurance claims.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth medication distribution and patient support.

Experience

- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to pharmaceuticals and patient care.
- Experience in medication administration processes or assisting with patient medication management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of pharmacy software systems and inventory management tools is advantageous.
