Position: Senior IT Project Manager – T&I; Modernization Portfolio Lead multiple IT modernization and digital transformation projects involving security, legacy migration, regulatory systems, and enterprise integrations. Must Have: 4+ years of project management experience with ADX Studio/CRM Dynamics to Power Apps/Dataverse migrations. 8+ years defining project scope/goals and developing project deliverables such as charters, business cases, status reports, risk logs and dashboards. 8+ years managing multiple projects concurrently and leading large, complex custom software application development projects. Experience with risk/impact assessments, project budgets, stakeholder management, governance, scheduling and resource planning. Nice to Have: Public-sector experience and experience delivering mandated/legislated projects under short timelines.
