implementation and evaluation of client careWorks in collaboration with the interdisciplinary teamEnsures the delivery of client–centered care by assisting individual clients and their families respond to changing health care needsDemonstrates a specialized body of knowledge and bases practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanitiesThis is a Relief Full Time opportunity until May 14, 2028 or the return of the incumbent.Shifts of work will be scheduled days and nights rotating from 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00 hours.About this LocationAnd Moog Hospice offers private rooms for people in the last weeks or months of life when care cannot be managed at home.
