This person thrives in a agile environment and can support, inspire, and guide the team on the floor and in back-of-house operations, while delivering a fun and engaging in-store experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a fun, engaging, and memorable customer experience aligned with Flying Tiger Copenhagen's brandAct as a role model on the sales floor, supporting the team in driving sales and customer engagementCoach and support team members to achieve individual and store sales targetsSet clear expectations and ensure team accountability during shiftsMaximize sales opportunities by guiding behaviors on both the sales floor and in the back-of-house (BOH)Support team development through ongoing coaching and on-the-job trainingAssist in analyzing store performance and contribute to action plans to improve resultsCommunicate effectively with the team and management to ensure alignment on prioritiesSupport the execution of company policies, procedures, and operational standardsAssist with inventory management, stock flow, and back-of-house organizationEnsure visual merchandising standards are maintained and aligned with brand guidelinesHelp maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environmentSupport loss prevention, safety,
