and adoption metricsProvide guidance and mentorship to junior trainers and contributorsMust-Have QualificationsUniversity degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field+2 years of relevant experience; OR a related diploma+4 years of relevant experience conducting learning needs, audience, role, and work-context analysis2+ years of experience designing and developing end-to-end learning solutions2+ years of experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual trainingStrong stakeholder engagement, communication, instructional design, and project coordination skillsNice-to-Have SkillsWalkMe or comparable digital adoption platformsArticulate 360 / Rise / Captivate / Camtasia / Canva / Vyond / AdobeAI-enabled tools for instructional design and content developmentTraining evaluation and learning effectiveness measurementERP training experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, 1GX, or comparable enterprise systemsExperience working with SMEs and reconciling stakeholder feedback
