Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
Support patients with medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a hygienic environment to ensure safety and comfort
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients experiencing dementia,



disabilities, or hospice care needs
Assist with mobility transfers using proper lifting techniques to ensure safety for both clients and caregivers
Document care activities accurately in client records, noting any changes in health status or behavior for ongoing assessment

Experience
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care settings is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience in patient care, caregiving, or supporting individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions such as dementia or hospice needs
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting clients with mobility or transfers
Familiarity with cleaning routines and maintaining a hygienic setting in compliance with health standards
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to providing high-quality personal support services

Pay: $17.60-$24.49 per hour
