Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from stress through therapeutic massage techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of various massage modalities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to tailor treatments to their individual needs.

Duties
Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage to meet client needs.
Assess client conditions and discuss treatment plans based on their individual health goals.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order.
Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to confidentiality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.




Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.

Requirements
Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy.
Knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare professionals.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding of client needs and treatment plans.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part time Pay: $55.00-$90.00 per hour
