Duties
Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
Assess clients’ health history and current conditions to develop customized treatment plans
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and explain treatment procedures clearly
Stay current with industry best practices,

Qualifications
Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist from the appropriate regulatory body
Robust knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and therapy techniques
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Superior communication skills for explaining treatments, answering questions, and providing guidance
Previous experience in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred but not required; training provided for new graduates
Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional demeanor in a team environment
