Responsibilities
Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Provide dietary counseling and nutrition education.
Collaborate with healthcare specialists to support patient care.
Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate electronic records.
Provide skilled and compassionate patient service.

Qualifications
Registered Dietitian credential with current registration or licensure as required.
Experience in clinical nutrition or a healthcare setting.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard computer applications.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent patient-service skills.
Bilingual proficiency is an asset.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
