The Sales

Associate will play a vital role in driving sales through effective upselling and product knowledge, contributing to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers
Engage in upselling to enhance customer purchases and meet sales goals
Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure proper merchandising standards
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers during busy periods
Use strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions,



current products, and store policies
Ensure phone etiquette is maintained when handling inquiries via phone or online channels

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
Customer service-oriented mindset with a skilled attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with retail tools such as merchandising displays, phone etiquette, and upselling techniques
