We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Picker & Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role combines warehouse picking, quality control, and vendor ordering responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should be organized, comfortable working overnight shifts, and confident using Excel for inventory tracking and purchase planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Pick and prepare produce orders accurately for restaurant clients
Perform quality checks on fruits, vegetables, herbs, and dairy products
Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy
Place daily orders with vendors for produce, herbs, dairy, and grocery items
Coordinate with wholesale markets for procurement
Maintain inventory records using Microsoft Excel




Ensure freshness and minimize waste

Requirements:
Previous warehouse or produce industry experience preferred
Solid knowledge of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and dairy products
Valuable understanding of quality standards
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
Robust attention to detail
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
