Working directly under the Food & Beverage Manager, you will facilitate daily operations across various retail outlets, including bars and cafés.

Oversee operations of bars and retail cafés during events
Train and supervise part time and event-based staff
Manage inventory and support catering setups during events
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Act as F&B; lead in manager’s absence Requirements:
Over 3 years in food and beverage service
1+ year in a leadership role essential
Smart Serve Certification needed for alcohol service
Experience with managing POS systems
