Join our dynamic dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our practice. Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, restorations, and orthodontic treatments
Prepare treatment rooms with sterilized instruments and necessary supplies to ensure seamless patient care
Take dental radiographs (X-rays), ensuring accuracy and patient safety
Manage patient records accurately using dental software such as Cleardent, including charting and treatment documentation
Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout visits




Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and sterilization standards in compliance with OSHA regulations

Skills
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry to comfortably support young patients during visits
Skilled in dental assisting techniques including taking impressions and handling dental equipment
Strong understanding of infection control practices and sterilization procedures
Excellent communication skills to serve as a friendly liaison between patients and the dental team
