In this broad HR generalist role, you will oversee the employee life cycle, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Collaborating with the founder and other leaders, you will craft practical strategies that align with the company's growth and culture. This is an excellent intermediate-level chance for HR specialists ready to tackle multiple responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Execute onboarding and offboarding activities with care
Guide managers in performance-related conversations and coaching




Develop initiatives to enhance company culture and employee experiences
Handle employee relations and maintain accurate HR documentation
Assess and implement HR systems and processes Requirements:
5–7 years of progressive HR experience necessary
Experience in a small, scaling business
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Understanding of HR principles and practices in Canada
