Project Manager

Toronto, ON

We’re looking for a Project Manager to coordinate projects from initial planning through delivery. You’ll work across timelines, resources, documentation, and internal teams to keep projects organized and ensure key requirements are followed through.

This role would suit someone who is comfortable taking ownership, communicating with different stakeholders, and keeping multiple priorities moving toward completion.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Establish project schedules and track progress against key deadlines
Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners
Monitor project requirements, resources, and outstanding actions
Organize project meetings, agendas, updates, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and status reports
Identify potential delays, issues, or changes and coordinate appropriate next steps
Track project costs, resources, and approved requirements
Provide regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders
Support teams in resolving project-related questions and requirements




Review completed work against project expectations and agreed deliverables
Assist with post-project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

Previous experience in project management, project coordination, operations, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Solid attention to detail and follow-through
Confident coordinating with different teams and stakeholders
Practical problem-solving skills
Experience using spreadsheets, project management tools, and office software
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
