Collaborating with the founder and other leaders, you will craft practical strategies that align with the company's growth and culture. This is an excellent intermediate-level chance for HR specialists ready to tackle multiple responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Execute onboarding and offboarding activities with care
Guide managers in performance-related conversations and coaching




Develop initiatives to enhance company culture and employee experiences
Handle employee relations and maintain accurate HR documentation
Assess and implement HR systems and processes Requirements:
5–7 years of progressive HR experience necessary
Experience in a small, scaling business
