Duties
Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and injury rehabilitation techniques
Conduct thorough assessments to understand client health history, current concerns, and treatment goals
Maintain detailed and accurate client records to track progress and customize future sessions
Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results
Ensure a clean, safe,
and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and standards
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and answer any questions they may have
Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care
Skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients
Exceptional communication skills to explain treatment plans effectively and listen actively to client concerns
