Overview

We are a well-established actuarial consulting firm specializing in pension and retirement plan services for clients across Canada. Our team provides consulting, administration, actuarial, and regulatory support for pension plans, including Individual Pension Plans (IPPs), defined benefit plans, and other retirement arrangements.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Pension Administrator to join our team three days per week. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a professional services environment, managing multiple priorities, and providing exceptional client service. This position has potential to evolve into a full time consulting role.

Duties The successful candidate will provide support to our consultants in all areas of Individual Pension Plan (IPP), Retirement Compensation Arrangement (RCA) and Benefit administration. Initial duties will include:
Benefit records and plan administration activities
Prepare year end reporting
Prepare plan documentation and amendments




Maintain client relationships by communicating in a courteous and professional manner
Data Base Maintenance

Qualifications and Experience
Solid working knowledge of pension and benefits practices and pension regulations
Robust organization skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong technical skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
