Health invites applications for a full time Registered Practical Nurse to serve in the Acute Inpatient Medicine Program. This permanent position requires a compassionate individual with at least one year of acute care experience. You'll leverage your nursing education to enhance patient experiences and outcomes in a hospital recognized for its advanced healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Carry out stipulated nursing duties diligently
Engage in patient health teaching and emotional support
Document and manage patient health information
Implement intravenous therapies and wound care
Follow the hospital code of conduct strictly Requirements:
Completion of a recognized RPN program
Active RPN license with the College of Nurses of Ontario
1 year of acute clinical experience preferred
Hold a valid BCLS certification
