Professional Medical Pharmacy is a patient-focused community pharmacy in Mississauga, dedicated to providing excellent healthcare services. We are looking for a dependable and experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions using Kroll Pharmacy Software
Process third-party billing, insurance claims, and patient transactions
Perform blister packaging and prescription processing with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain inventory, manage stock levels, and assist with ordering
Provide professional and friendly customer service in person and over the phone
Support pharmacists with daily workflow, compliance, and documentation
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Kroll software
Proven experience with blister packaging and prescription processing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Preferred: Candidates who live nearby or have reliable transportation
Language Skills: Hindi and/or Gujarati speaking considered a solid asset
