You will coach, develop, and inspire your team to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets while fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop a multi-territory sales teamExecute district strategies to expand the active customer baseManage sales forecasts,
budgets, and performance metricsRecruit, train, and onboard new Sales RepresentativesDeliver ongoing coaching in route planning, sales process, and customer engagementIdentify market opportunities and drive sustainable growthSupport hiring decisions, performance plans, and team developmentCollaborate cross-functionally to support divisional and organizational goalsWhat You Bring3+ years of B2B or B2C sales management experience5+ years of outside territory sales experiencePost-secondary diploma or degree, preferably in BusinessStrong coaching, mentoring, and team-building abilitiesAbility to analyze sales data and build effective sales strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHigh adaptability, strong time management, and comfort balancing field and office workExperience working with large customers is an assetProficiency in MS OfficeAbility to travel within the district; occasional overnight travelValid driver's license and clean driving recordWho Thrives HereYou excel in environments driven by values like achievement, integrity, mutual respect, and accountability.
